At dataForTravel, we strive to deliver reliable, high-quality eSIM data services to keep you connected wherever you travel. Please note that our eSIMs provide data-only connectivity and do not support voice calls or SMS. If you wish to request a refund, please review the policy outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be issued in the following cases:
- eSIM Activation Issues: If you encounter technical issues while activating your eSIM and our support team is unable to resolve the problem, you may qualify for a refund.
- Non-Usage: Refund requests may be approved if the eSIM has not been activated or used, and you contact us within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Incorrect Purchase: If you mistakenly purchase the wrong eSIM plan and inform us before it has been activated or used, we can offer an exchange or issue a refund.
Cases Where Refunds Are Not Available
- If the eSIM has been activated and used for data services.
- The refund request is made more than 14 days after the purchase date.
- Poor network performance caused by external factors beyond our control, including local network limitations or insufficient coverage in specific regions.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email our customer support team at info@datafor.travel with your order details, including proof of eSIM purchase, order number, and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Our team will confirm receipt of your request within one business day. Before proceeding with a refund, we may request additional details to help troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
- Each request is assigned to a dedicated support specialist for evaluation. The initial review is completed within three business days, and most cases are fully resolved within ten business days, depending on complexity and cooperation from all parties involved. If additional time is needed (for example, to obtain third-party verification), the customer will be informed in writing.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
